Well, today started out slowly for me and turned into a clean and simple day. To get my "mojo" going, I found this small zinnia colored as a leftover from a previous card idea and decided to use it in this week's CAS challenge and added buttons for the Ways to Use It challenge...a double-hitter for me!
This is such a precious sentiment - His mercies are new every morning! It reminds me of the wonderful hymn about God's great faithfulness no matter what my situation is.
Great is thy faithfulness
Great is thy faithfulness
This is such a precious sentiment - His mercies are new every morning! It reminds me of the wonderful hymn about God's great faithfulness no matter what my situation is.
Great is Your faithfulness, O God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with Thee
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been, Thou for ever will be
Great is thy faithfulness
Great is thy faithfulness
Morning by morning new mercies I see
All I have needed thy hand hath provided
Great is thy faithfulness, Lord unto me
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To thy great faithfulness, mercy and love
Great is thy faithfulness
Great is thy faithfulness
Morning by morning new mercies I see
All I have needed thy hand hath provided
Great is thy faithfulness, Lord unto me
Great is thy faithfulness
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside
Great is thy faithfulness
Great is thy faithfulness
All I have needed thy hand hath provided
Great is thy faithfulness, Lord unto me
There are days when we forget just how faithful our God is in every aspect of our lives. May you join me in remembering just what a faithful and loving God He is to us...every day...and that His mercies are new each and every morning!

Lovely Cheryl... I am delighted with your post. Even with all we go through in life, we do need to remember His mercy and faithfulness, because things could be worst and he sustains us where we are today. Thanks for sharing! Wonderful CAS design... What a leftover! Have a great week dear friend.
Such a wonderful card! I had not known this hymn before I learned it from Randi. I cried so much at her funeral when it was sang by all. Such bittersweet tears....
