Lovely post, sweet friend, and beautiful card! I love your use of burlap and will have to remember to use some on handmade cards.
Have a splendid day, dear Cheryl! Hugs to you!
That fabulous blue with the burlap, makes this just beautiful. You have such great style.
Cheryl, the image and the paper are such a beautiful match, and your coloring and use of the sketch are outstanding! Such a pretty blue. The burlap and pearl cord are ideal. This would make a most excellent masculine card, but it's equally fabulous for a woman. I have a friend who loves anything beachy, and blue is a favorite color. So, see, this is a wonderful card for either/or!
wow Cheryl,This is stunning! Love the colors, so dramatic in blue.
Cheryl this is beautiful. I know your grandson will cherish it. Your coloring is fantastic. This is the perfect image for this scripture. I really like this sketch. May have to give it a try. Superb job my friend.
Gosh Cheryl, you nailed this sketch! What a classy and masculine card -- love the colors and how it all blends just perfectly! How sweet too that you are sending this one to your grandson as a powerful reminder of why we are all here on this earth. I am sure it's one he'll hold dear! :-)
